PluralBaby are happy to present the 'Bird Wandering Off' debut album 'Watching Over Nothing'.
These songs were initially recorded on a dusty piano in BWO's mums attic or on an akai midi keyboard in London, Brighton and Malmo, whilst learning how to record, working and being active in other musical projects.
The recordings were revisited a year later by BWO and Otti Albietz, working together on arrangements and mixes, and adding other elements and sounds to the songs.
Described by them as an "experiment in recording and writing", it shows an artist with an intimate and often eccentric compositional and lyrical subtlety, supported by thoughtful and quirky musical soundscapes. If fireworks could sing, if a city could write a song, if mountains were melodies these would be those sounds.
